Production:

- Wine or cidre? Jura or Highlands (Vysočina)? 

- cidre purely from the apple Kožená Reneta, a variety which I consider to be the ferrari among Czech cidre varieties. The cidre was aged for 12 months on coarse lees in a barrique barrel after a Burgundy pinot. 

Aroma:

- Intense, powerful aroma with dominant notes of dried herbs, cruciferous vegetables, raspberries, tangerine, pomelo and meadow honey

Taste:

- It is very full-bodied, attractive, reminiscent of a white wine of the Chardonnay variety. The taste is dominated by notes of overripe mirabelle, dried chrysanthemum, orange peel, cinnamon with a long honeyed finish

Note:

- the cidre will keep for at least 14 days open in the fridge without tending to spoil - suitable for pouring by the glass
