Production:
- 6 months on stainless steel on coarse sludge
- infused in a light fermentation process, aged on the bottle
- apples come from the vicinity of grandma's cottage in the foothills of the Eagle Mountains - picked later (in winter) than red cidre
- varietal composition - leatherman, banana winter, cox's rennet, crumble
- No added sulphur and other additives, Unfiltered, Unsprayed apples
Aroma:
- distinctive apple aroma with notes of stone fruit (mirabelle and plum), lemon balm, meadow honey and rare spices (cinnamon)
Taste:
- full-bodied attractive rounded, dominant notes of stone fruit (plum), herbs (lemon balm) with a long spicy finish
Note:
- the cidre will keep for at least 14 days open in the fridge without tending to spoil - suitable for pouring by the glass
