Production:

– that's what happens when you combine the best that Vysočina has to offer in the form of apples and Frankovka grapes from Bořetice. Every year we make wines for our own use, we buy the grapes from our friends. We let the wine macerate for only a week, then pressed it by natural flow (put it in a barrel and made our own Frankovka) and poured fresh apple cider from Vysočina, from the Boskoop variety, over the juicy grapes.

– the maceration of grapes with apple must took place for two weeks in a qvevri. Bottled in the ongoing fermentation process after half a year of maturation in stainless steel

– No added sulphur and other additives, Unfiltered, Unsprayed apples
