Production:<\/span><\/p>\n

- it was during the pressing of the next Mat\u010dina that Ale\u0161 Kov\u00e1\u0159 from Tasovice called us that he was unhappy and could not manage to harvest his grapes, we did not dawdle and went on a rescue mission (and also to rest, because the drudgery of apple picking compared to the ease of grape picking is incomparable). We helped Ales and picked all the Veltlin and Vlasak. Ale\u0161 was so impressed and enthusiastic that we made arrangements and he donated some of the grapes we used to macerate our cider from the Mat\u010dina variety, again from the Highlands. Since Ale\u0161 had a surplus of grape must, he poured his surplus into our piquette, which means that this bunch contains about 10% of Veltliner must in addition to the pure cider. That is why the alcohol content of this piquette is a bit higher - 7%.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

- Aging on stainless steel took 2 months and the cider was on the skins of the Green Veltliner for the whole time. So 60 days maceration. Bottled in the ongoing fermentation process after two months of maturation on stainless steel<\/span><\/p>\n

- The apples come from the same trees as the previous piquette - 100% Mother's from the Highlands<\/span><\/p>\n

– No added sulphur and other additives, Unfiltered, Unsprayed apples<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

Aroma:<\/span><\/p>\n

- the aroma shows notes of grapefruit, pear, green pepper, fresh herbs and pomelo<\/span><\/p>\n

Taste:<\/span><\/p>\n

- The taste blends two worlds, the freshness of the Mat\u010dino variety and the fullness of the Veltliner Zelen\u00fd with a dominant note of pomelo, green pepper and fresh herbs<\/span><\/p>\n
